2. Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. 222bf strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy and employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 222bf reserves the right to close the additional accounts, forfeit any balances held in those accounts, and void any associated bonus or promotional credits.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 222bf immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 222bf will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your password secure. The following actions are expressly prohibited with respect to your account:
- Sharing your username or password with any other person, whether for betting purposes or otherwise.
- Permitting any third party to access or operate your account, regardless of the reason or relationship between you and that person.
- Attempting to sell, transfer, or assign your 222bf account or any of the value (including balances, bonuses, or winnings) held within it to any other person or entity.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements), time limits, and game restrictions, which are published on the Platform alongside each individual promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on 222bf unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement, or withdrawn as cash directly without first being played through the required number of times.

- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus balance and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Expired free spins are forfeited and will not be reinstated regardless of the circumstances.
5. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the offending account, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

- Collusion with other players, including any form of coordinated betting, chip dumping, or sharing of strategy information in real-time during live casino games.
- Exploitation of any error, glitch, bug, or malfunction in the Platform's software or games. Any winnings derived from a software error are void and will be removed from the account. Players who identify a software error are required to report it to 222bf support immediately.
- Fraudulent use of payment methods, including the use of stolen credit cards, fraudulent mobile wallet accounts, or any other form of payment fraud. 222bf cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial institutions in the investigation of payment fraud.
- Money laundering or any transaction intended to conceal the true origin of funds, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds or using the Platform as a mechanism to convert illegally obtained funds into ostensibly legitimate winnings.
222bf employs dedicated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted. 222bf will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of the review.
6. Responsible Gaming

8. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. 222bf will endeavour to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
222bf reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms or any other policy of the Platform; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity for a period of twelve consecutive months; or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
Upon closure of an account in good standing (where no breach has been identified), any verified and withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 222bf reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any winnings, pending withdrawals, and bonus funds, without compensation to the account holder.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 222bf is incorporated and operates. Where changes are material, 222bf will provide reasonable notice to registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or mobile number associated with the player's account. The updated Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
